Product Usage
These adhesives are made to perform best at room temperature. Applicator rollers or extruders should be clean. Maintain adequate level of adhesive in pattern-gluer pan. Avoid generation of foam. Excess foam could result in poorer adhesion or clogged applicators. Excess foam may appear to look like thickened, "cottage cheese."
Do not dilute adhesive unless absolutely necessary. Avoid excess adhesive application (slower drying and puckering could result). Clean up of adhesive is easier when adhesive is wet. Hot water is recommended. Testing of adhesion should be made on fully dried bonds.
Storage
Store at room temperature. Avoid storage at excessively low temperatures for extended periods. Do not contaminate unused adhesives with foamy or dust laden used adhesives.
